Installation:
1. Download and run pmwin41.exe to unzip the installation files to a clean 
   directory. 
2. Run setup.exe and follow the screen to install the software.
3. In addition to this installation, you can also download and install 
   PMPATH 98, which replaces the old PMPATH contained in PMWIN 4.1.
4. If you need to run transport simulation, this version works well with 
   MT3D version DoD1.5.
